How do we pay once we fill out the Registration form?
I will email an invoice or homeschool forms to be signed 2-3 weeks before the start of a class. You may pay online or contact us if you would like to pay by cash or check. Checks may be mailed to our address. If you are a homeschool family and we are a direct bill vendor, I will email any paperwork required by homeschool programs.
We are a homeschool family. Who are you a vendor with?
We are a direct bill vendor with Mat-Su Central, IDEA, Raven and Cyberlynx. All other programs at this time will need to pay for their class and submit for reimbursement. Please send us a note if you’d like us to register with another homeschool program.
Policies for Payment, Registration Cancellation and Refunds
Payment, registration cancellation and/or request for refund must happen 7 days before the start of class. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, all refunds will be made. If payments or homeschool forms are not submitted 7 days prior to the start of class and we do not receive any contact from you, your student’s seat may be offered to a waitlisted student.
When do I need to drop my student from the class to get a refund?
Once we are within 7 days of the start of a course we can no longer refund you, but we can work with you to have your student join us for a different class.
Can I get a refund if my child doesn’t like the class?
Once classes have started, we can no longer fill that seat with a different student and no refunds will be made. Our classes begin with specific instruction and builds to set up students for success in the subsequent classes.
We will miss some of the scheduled classes, can you prorate the class fee?
We do not prorate class fees at this time. We hope to offer enough classes to find a time that suits your family’s needs.
Where are classes held?
We will be utilizing rentable facilities around the Valley and some homeschool program locations. The location will be listed when you sign up your child for a class. At this time, Family Christian Center in Palmer is allowing us to rent their facility for class use. They are located at 203 W. Dogwood Ave. in downtown Palmer.
